This rental was everything we hoped it would be for a fun-filled spring break with friends. The house comfortably fit our group with plenty of common space to hang out during the day and in the evenings. The rooms were exactly as pictured in the photos and the house had all of the amenities we were looking for - game room, movie theater, hot tub, fire pit, and a wonderful back deck for outdoor meals. We really appreciated the attention to detail and responsiveness of the hosts. The rustic theme made it feel like a vacation house with all of the modern comforts one would expect from a newly renovated property. The house was a short drive to restaurants, Camelback, and scenic hikes. We would definitely stay here again.

We did a bachelor party weekend with 10 of us and the house was awesome!! To walk through the kitchen or the upstairs of the house into the pool room felt like it was out of a movie. The backyard was very spacious and had a lot to do. The house/pool combo alone made the weekend memorable!

My adult children all said this was not an average stay but rather an excellent spa experience complete with robes and coffee tea bar and game room. The fire circle, hammocks, and super pool/hot tub/sauna were extra fun. This place offered way more than expected for so many good memories with our grandchildren.

Absolutely wonderful! I truly can't express enough how much we appreciated this space. It comfortably accommodated our large family, and from the moment we arrived until our departure, we felt genuinely at home. The host's communication was always prompt and extremely friendly, making us feel cared for. We are definitely looking forward to staying again. Great house, had everything we needed as far as amenities and space. Kids loved the swimming pool and bunk beds. Backyard was a great entertainment space! Hosts were super friendly and responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this place!

Josh’s place was amazing! So much room and so much to do! We went with 3 adults, 2 teenagers and 6 children and they all loved it. Finding the speakeasy was such a unique experience we haven’t had in any of our stays before. Everything was beautifully decorated and set up with so much attention to detail. There was so much to do that we didn’t get a chance to use the sauna, but we did book a massage and wouldn’t have even thought of doing that without the massage room available. Having such a big family- the table setup was perfect where everyone could fit with plenty of room, the double washer and dryer made doing laundry an ease. So many TVs there was no fights over what anyone wanted to watch. Our youngest (3) loved the play room and gave her a chance to play alone in her own space when she wanted. The teens loved hiding out playing poker in the speak easy. Highly recommended.

Overall, we had a great time and the communication with the host was perfect!
We had a few families come together with all the kids, and there was plenty to keep everyone busy both indoors and outdoors.
For the adults, everything was top notch! From the coffee station, to the private bedrooms, plus the added touch of robes and slippers. It allows us to feel taken care of as well.
There was more than enough space for everyone to spread out, and the backyard was incredible. Even though we visited at the end of winter heading into spring, the close proximity to the beach was still a highlight.

We booked Josh’s place for my wife’s 30th. It was very just amazing overall. Josh was very responsive when I had questions and everything was seamless. Highly recommend.

The experience here way exceeded our expectations. The house was so nice and had everything we needed and wanted. It’s done perfectly for a fun and relaxing stay - inside, the pool area, and outside! The pool blew us away and was even bigger than the pictures!!! It truly created such a memorable experience! I would tell all my friends and family to check this out and we already want to come back. The house was spotless clean too and so inviting - every detail made for a special stay. Very close to downtown and the water. Joshua was great to communicate with too! Highly recommend for a very memorable experience.
